Amerex Corporation, a global leader in the commercial fire protection industry, had just developed the COBRA™ commercial kitchen fire protection system, which trumped all others in the market. It was exactly what the company needed to go head-to-head with a competitor that owned a lion's share of the marketplace. Now, it was launch time. But the question was, “How?” Amerex challenged Cineviz to come up with the answer—one that would knock the competition off its pedestal.
Our recommendation was to strike hard, strike fast and take the industry by surprise. Collaborating with Amerex leadership and the international sales team, we developed a strategic plan that would start with creating a buzz for the product even before it was completed and a non-firefighting-industry approach with sales materials and messaging that was as unique to the various audiences as the product itself.
